  H&R seems to hire just about anyone! When you go into their offices, it's common not to find any certificates on the wall proving that the person doing your taxes is even qualified to do so. Secondly, their employee's commonly don't wear name tags. Third, their staff are insensitive to their customer's schedules. Forth, some of them don't speak barely a lick of English. 5th - there's obviously no dress code for these people. Most of them looked like they just came in from a back yard BBQ. The tax returner in Okotoks today wanted to sit and argue with me. Then he demanded that I give him 10 stars , even though he screwed up big time. My wife and I won't be using these poor for excuse lot of people next year. I will look for a more professional company who represents themselves in a more favorable light. H&R ...what happened to you??
