    Systems were down when I went in, which I understand isn't their fault, but I'd have preferred they told me right away as opposed to making me wait over an hour. They asked if I'd like to do a drop off and that they'd call me when it was done. That was a month ago. I called to ask what was going on and was put on hold... 10 minutes later and I'm still on hold.

    Stella is one of the rudest condescending people I have ever met in a customer service role. She was at the front for my boyfriend and My taxes. she treats the staff even worse some how. The staff is super not knowledgable and awful to deal with. Stella tops this off with her attitude. They argue back and forth like children. Avoid this place
